BUILDING PERMITS $50.00 Plus $.10 Per square foot - non-ucc code construction 2 years to begin/2 years to complete Construction not attached to structures and under 1000 square feet and farm structures $50.00 Plus rates set by CODE.sys for UCC construction-1000 sq. feet & all commercial construction, any structural change, and 6 foot high fences, pools & decks over 24"

DEMOLITION PERMITS Must get building permit for all demolition and separate non-ucc - no fees permit to construct replacement building, etc. ucc-requiredCODE.sys sets (comercial, over 1000 Sq. Ft.) There is a minimum fee of $10.00 for all demolition permits.

REMOVAL/SALE OF MOBILE HOME Removal permit must be gotten from Tax Collector

JUNKYARD PERMITS $250.00 application and or renewal 1 year

NUISANCE - JUNK CAR PERMIT $100.00 per vehicle - limit 2 per property/maximum of 3 years 1 year with three year maximum per vehicle

SOLICITATION PERMITS $50.00 for all solicitation permits - NO fees for school students 1 year

STREET ADDRESS SIGNS $10.00 for existing residents - new home construction receive Available at township office one sign at no cost

LANE ADDRESS/STOP SIGNS $10.00 new lanes limit -one name & one stop sign-replacement Available at township office

SEWAGE TAP IN where sewer system exists - residents are required to tap in and must confirm approval with Municipal Authority before construction

SEPTIC PERMIT PROCESS $430.00 SEO-Chuck Smith and Alternate-Daniel Baker Assoc. Additional fees when required by SEO work

PROPERTY SET BACK DISTANCE No set back per ordinance - recommend 8-10 feet
